Feeling Sick

Okay today I need to do some type of exercise because I was feeling sick last night. I've been eating too many junk foods and not enough healthy foods. I need to cut back on my carb eating and start counting carbs.

If anyone knows of any good recipes or snack foods with low carbs, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

A New Blog

Since I decided to end my personal blog about everything and this and that, I've decided to start a new one, called: Everyday Life's Issues.

This one will be about everything that is weighing me down. It will be about weight issues, decluttering my junk out of the house and just everyday life's issues.
