Got Exercise in Today - Week 2

I got my exercise in this morning (today is Thursday) on the treadmill. So glad I did because it's so hot you can hardly stand it. I got another 2 miles in. It's suppose to thunderstorm later on but it hasn't started yet. That's what we need to cool off.

I need to get my eating habits under control. I exercise and then go out and buy snack foods like ice-cream later on. I'm just sabotaging myself and never getting anywhere.
